First Day Of Spring?

As I look out my window today, there are no signs telling me it’s the First Day Of Spring. Another snow storm here in Maine leaving us with over 6 inches of snow that blanket any signs that the warm weather is on it’s way. All I can do is dream that right now my toes are in the sand and my face in the sunshine on some tropical island that is covered in sea galss jewels.

Keep the faith New Englanders, it will arrive.

It’s been a while since I have been on here blogging, it has been a long winter here in Maine, but we are back in action designing new sea glass jewelry designs for spring. The beachcombing will have to wait a bit longer since there is still snow on the beach and a stiff coastal breeze blowing across the sand. We have plenty of sea glass in stock to create our one of a kind Maine jewelry designs and we are continuing to update the website on a weekly basis. Stay tuned for some fresh beach glass designs in the next few weeks featuring rare sea glass colors with a mix of unique elements.

For those of you following us on facebook, look for some new spring jewelry contests next month. I Grew Up In New Jersey And Spent Just About Every Weekend And Family Vacation On The Jersey Shore And The Memories Are All We Have Right Now Of Our Beloved Coastline. I Don’t Know Where To Begin To Explain How Heartbroken I am To See The Damage That This Storm Has Caused And The Look On The Faces Of The People In This Area That Have Been Afflicted By This Tragedy. Our Hearts And Prayers Go Out To Each And Every One Of You. God Bless The Volunteers And All Involved In Helping These People Recover From This Nightmare.

It May Take Many Years To Recover, But The Day Will Come And You Will Be Stronger And Even More Beautiful Then You Once Were.
